Public Lands Day Celebration at Bogus Basin
Save the date & stop by the ICL booth at Bogus Basin’s National Public Lands Day Celebration! The event will kick off with a volunteer restoration project with the Boise National Forest. This will be followed by the Public Lands Party where ICL and others will be tabling. Bogus Basin will also be offering guided nature hikes, raffles, food and beverage services, and other activities. The City Club of Idaho Falls invites speakers to present on various topics of interest to promote civil dialogue and discourse, and we are thrilled to be part of the fall line-up! ICL’s Climate Program Manager, Adrian Gallo, will take a deep dive into Idaho’s climate future, from solar and wind to the tools we have today to change our energy systems more broadly. Join ICL and partners at Idaho Mountain Touring’s Patagonia Partnership Launch Party! There will be food, drinks, live music, and raffle prizes from Patagonia including a grand prize of a $1,000 shopping spree! Representatives from Patagonia and sponsored athletes will be on-hand to meet with people and talk about Patagonia’s direction and mission, and the new partnership with IMT. Idaho Mountain Touring will also be matching any donations to ICL that night!

Purjue Canyon Trailwork with Idaho Trails Association – Grand View, ID
Join ICL’s friends at Idaho Trails Association in the Owyhee Canyonlands for some much-needed trail maintenance. Volunteers will make their way through Purjue Canyon and past old homesteads, brushing and improving tread as far as possible. Two groups of volunteers will work on this from either end of the canyon.
